Well friends, we heard thunder last week. And whether or not you believe the old wive’s tale that it will snow ten days after it thunders in the winter, apparently there is some scientific truth to it. We’ll leave that explanation to our triad meteorologists and take their word for it that there is a 50-70 percent chance of snow soon after winter thunder.
In the meantime, we are getting ready for a snow day! Think beyond racing to the store for eggs, bread, and milk. We’ve prepared a list of fun, cozy things to do when the snow comes. If you are like us, this list will have you wishing for thunder all winter long.
